I'm Thaïs
A photographer and visual artist based in Portsmouth, UK.
I specialise in art, heritage and commercial photography, helping museums, artists, galleries, and organisations bring their stories to life through thoughtful, detailed imagery.
My practice is shaped by a love of history and visual culture. Inspired by Victorian optical devices, memorabilia, and archival material, I bring both a creative eye and technical precision to every shoot.
With a BA and MA in Photography, I’ve worked across a wide range of environments, from public collections and exhibitions to one-off editorial commissions. Whether photographing a single object or a complex space, I approach each project with curiosity, care, and respect for its context.
I collaborate with cultural institutions, artists, developers, and private organisations to create images that do more than document. They tell a story, honour the details, and make an impact.

LOCATION PHOTOSHOOT
HALF DAY RATE: £350
FULL DAY RATE: £580
This rate includes the following:

Travel up to 30 miles radius from Portsmouth

STUDIO PHOTOSHOOT
HALF DAY RATE: £250
FULL DAY RATE: £480
This rate includes the following:

BESPOKE PROJECTS
RATE PER HOUR: £25
This rate covers projects which require Computer-Generated-Imagery, Analogue digitisation expertise, workshops or more complex photographic needs.
During the pre-consultation we will talk about the details of the project. I will send you a quote covering the full production cost & expenses of the project. In agreeing on the quote, you will engage yourself to pay a 50% deposit, the remainder in completion of the project.
